  • Digital products (including but not limited to SVG files, cut files, PDFs, and downloadable designs)
  • Physical products (including pre-made craft kits and related items)

All product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible. Colours and final results may vary depending on screen settings, materials, and equipment used.

3. Digital Products & Downloads

  • Digital products are delivered electronically.
  • Once purchased, digital files will be available for download via your account or confirmation email.
  • No refunds or exchanges are available for digital products due to their nature, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility with your software and cutting machine before purchase.

4. License & Use of Digital Files

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Files are for personal use only.
  • You may not resell, share, redistribute, or claim the files as your own.
  • Commercial use requires a separate commercial license (if offered).
  • Files may not be uploaded to other websites, shared in groups, or included in bundles.

Violation of license terms may result in legal action.

5. Physical Products & Shipping

  • Processing times are stated on product pages.
  • Shipping times are estimates only and may vary.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or courier services.
  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if goods:

  • Are faulty or defective
  • Are not as described
  • Are unsafe

Change-of-mind returns are not required under ACL and are offered at our discretion (if stated on the product page).

7. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may change without notice.
  • Payment must be made in full at checkout.

8. Intellectual Property
